Perceptions of (Im)politeness in Venezuelan Spanish

In this paper I shall use a test of social habits in order to unveil the different types interactions and meanings observable it: First, represented hypothetical situations which reflect expectations group speakers concerning what they believe it is appropriate say particular situations, that is, mainly “politic behavior”; second, interaction between participants (informants) researchers as seen responses given opinion questions, reinforce expand perceptions behavior” politeness; third, evaluations bring out links with “real” world wider Venezuelan context.
